Let's Talk Confidence #keepingitreal Which ever picture most resembles you, you are beautiful and unique ❤ There is an incredible increase in surgery of the labia... and well... surgery in general as we think we should look 👀 a certain way. Society has a lot to answer for in this regard, we really need to bring things back to the basics though. Like... would you say to your daughter your labia looks disgusting, or you look fat or too skinny. I certainly would never say this to someone I truly loved such as my daughter. So then why do we feel it's OK to say things like this to ourselves!? We need to build self love guys!!! What is self love??? Well I could talk forever on this, but first of all you need to ask your self some questions like who is (your name) what does she like? What makes her feel happy? They may sound like pretty basic questions, but on a deeper level not many of us actually know who we really are 🤷🏼♀️. We are so consumed in daily routines, tasks and jobs that we have lost that free child spirit and what our true soul desires. We get so wrapped up in making other people happy, that we aren't really sure who we are and what we want?! So start with the basic questions and begin saying nice kind things to your self e.g "I am beautiful, I am hardworking, I am a great parent" etc... if you're committed to really growing some confidence and self love, say these things aloud to yourself in the mirror, it may feel awkward at first... but again... would you say these to someone you loved (more than likely yes) so you need to start there to build that love for your self! 💗 Self love is so intriguing it starts to open up a whole new world for you 🧐, how you see perspectives, how you are treated, how you treat others!😳
So whether you have an Inny or an Outty (in regards to a vagina) similar like belly buttons - it really doesnt fucking matter. By applying self love and care you will begin on a much happier healthier version of your self 💗💋💥
